MEAT:STACK LEEDS, NOW OPEN!
We are delighted to announce that our new store in Leeds is now open on Bishopgate Street, directly opposite the train station!
The thing which struck us most about Leeds is the sense of community and how well the food business’s in the city work together. That is something we are very keen to embed ourselves in. We want to work with local Leeds companies to help us deliver our core product to its upmost potential. This is an approach which has served us incredibly well in Newcastle and we are loving already in Leeds!
We already work with North Brewing Co. and North Star Coffee Co and have done an incredible collaboration with Little Bao Boy with much more to come...
You may have visited the store already or tried our burgers at any number of events we have attended in Leeds over the last few years, we have always had a warm welcome and so far if you have been in the restaurant we hope that you have felt the same way!
We have an excellent team in place who have all really bought into the brand and what we are about, led by Chris who is doing a great job of upholding the high standards we have and keeping the team motivated and happy.
We have recently switched to Yorkshire based Taste Tradition who are specialists in rare breed meat for our beef and sausage patties. We strive to bring you the best burgers in Leeds and the prime salt chamber dry aged, Yorkshire grass fed beef is the perfect start to doing that.
The best burgers also come with the best toppings, which is why we make all of our sauces and seasonings in house which complement the intensely beefy flavours our meat brings.
Breakfast/Brunch is also on the menu Friday to Sunday from 9-11. A selection of muffins, burgers and house made American pancakes top the bill, all washed down with North Star Coffee for some of the best breakfasts you can find in Leeds.
Keep an eye on @meatstacklds on Facebook and Instagram for some incredible food and exciting updates :-)

I’m thrilled to hear Meat:Stack is coming to Leeds! Their concept of quality, fast, and delicious food is something I can’t wait to experience firsthand. One idea I think would fit their modern yet authentic vibe is using custom wooden QR codes at the tables or counters. It’s a practical way to share the menu or even allow quick online ordering without compromising the restaurant's aesthetic. The natural look of wood combined with technology would perfectly complement their brand and add a unique touch to the dining experience. This opening is definitely on my list to visit soon!
